BANG! The lemsip made me do it!

Having been off from work with a streaming cold and no voice I've been banging my head against a brick wall from boredom.

So, high on Lemsip (other cold relief powders are available) I took my floristry scissors and hacked a fringe into my bob... here are the results (all in black and white, as my complexion currently includes a red nose, watery eyes and very dry patchy skin... who invented colds and flu?)
I quite like it, but fear that it'll be a devil to style!

I'm going back to bed now... Scotty dog Pyjamas beckon

Firstly, I think you are very brave to take scissors to your own hair. If I did that the results would be nowhere near as successful as you have been!

I think it looks fab! As you know I had a full fringe cut in recently, have discovered after five weeks I have to have a trim! I sometimes have to straighten it as it can flick a little at the edges, not a good look for me.

I hope you feel better soon, and I can vouch that lemsip can make everything seem a bit surreal if you have too much!! xx

I think it really enhances your features - terribly pretty. You remind me of Mel Martin in Love For Lydia, but that might be before your time!

Ello, thank you for all your lovely comments. I'm enjoying the fringe benefits... boom boom! Mrs. Exeter, I have just googled Mel Martin and am utterly flattered, thank you so much. I'm going to show your post to my Chap, as he hates it... but then he also hates my 1930s flowery evening dress, which he claims looks like a table cloth... FOOL!
